Last weekend was a hectic one, culinary school, a 12 person full weekend drop off, down to Exeter for a stag, up to Gloucestershire for a garden party then back home….. and I’v got to say, I loved it. 

Each job had a totally different v A baaaanging steak from @hgwalter with a super punchy chimmichuri. When the produce is this good, you genuinely don’t need anything else on the plate. A literal perfect mouthful. 

Brown butter ( ✅ ) with capers ( ✅ ), anchovies ( ✅ ), and pine nuts ( ✅ ) …..need we say more Gilda salsa on Marinated mozzarella 

When you don’t want to buy a burrata, tear your ball of mozzarella and mix with some crème fraiche. I always mix with some lemon zest, salt and pepper, for an added zing. 

For the Gilda salsa 
I use Gyoza Greek salad 

Think a Greek salad x smoked cucumber salad x gyoza 

These are fresh, indulgent, crunchy, spicy and salty, and it takes about 15 mins to make. 

- Mix 1.5tbsp crispy chilli oil (do less if you don’t like spice), 3tbsp soy s Roast Chicken and Bitter Leaf Salad 

This salad is creamy and savoury with such great texture and works great in a sandwich the next day!!
